Working with Karl Strauss’s design team, WCA developed the next generation Karl Strauss brewery/restaurant emphasizing the company’s new brand image. Changes to an existing vacant Chili’s restaurant included a new covered patio with fire pit designed with exposed steel and metal siding to reflect the new Karl Strauss image; a new dining room interior; new glass enclosed brewing tanks; and a new kitchen.
