Solar Turbine’s original cafeteria operated out of temporary trailers for 15 years. The new central interior location is equally accessible to all of the plant, offering the best opportunities for food deliveries, trash pick-up and the creation of a new outdoor dining area. The new cafeteria increased seating to accommodate 250 people inside and 200 people outside.
