Karl Strauss Brewing Company has operated its Sorrento Mesa restaurant for over 17 years. The original Japanese restaurant venue was in need of a major remodel. This effort included: new floors, a new bar configuration, roll up glass doors, new restrooms, all new patio deck replacement and expansion. Over 50 new tables were added. The remodel included re-claimed wood finishes, and a minor kitchen up-grade along with all new table and chairs.
